There is nothing like the crisp cold air of christmas morning. When a bright red bus is standing in your driveway, waiting to be assembled over the christmas days it is hard to keep the pessimism alive. Good work René and merry christmas to you all. Under my tree was a nice video camera so maybe this blog will be more cinematic in the next year.

Rene's radio flyer • Vol. 2

In this weekend I had been looking forward to busted knuckles. It sounds stupid I know, as nobody really likes to get hurt, but I like the feeling of having lowered a vehicle and have greasy fingers with busted knuckles. Thats all the stress releif I want. René had asked me to pay him a visit on sunday. He needed a bit of advice and help with his Radio Flyer Early Bay. My fingers ended up only getting used to take a couple of pictures of Renés car. When he got the front beam of, it all made sense to him and at 3 p.m. at night this van was a lot closer to the blue planet. In the next week René will paint the bus and we will make the Radio Flyer theme more obvious. The 16" widened steel rims are the first step. They came from my evergrowing stock of weird vw stuff.

A couple of weeks ago I attended one of the coolest events on the danish scene - The angora christmas get-together.
There is a certain buzz in the air when the boyz of angora ring their special bells of christmas. Everyone just have to go. Angora is actually a very special workshop in the midlle of an enchanted forest. This is where Santa has his special lowflying narrowtrack sleds built. Next season it looks like Santa will be cruising a 50´split in a lovely purple hue. Santas favourite elf "SP" is actually considering to build this one to be Santas nice ride with real glossy magic paint and not the ratty look that has been the rage for the last couple of years on the north pole. If I know the special helpers of Angora they´ll have him riding low in no time. I have to pay respect to all the cool partizipants especially those who drove their aircooled rides on the day.

All I want for christmas..

I always thought the human psyche is an odd concept. When you finally get the best cave, you´re not satisfied. Oh no, then you want the biggest club to hit the females of the tribe over the head with. After that you wouldn´t hit any old ugly stone age woman and drag her home by the hair. No no, it had to be the most beautifull of them. You always wan´t what you can not have.

I want these ribs for my razor edge. I´ve only read about these, never seen them in the flesh. Peter thought he had seen a picture of them somewhere and send me this. So if the small shed behind your old gasstation is full of these let me know.
